Do you get a lot of calls? I have only ever received 1 from a nice lady who had a small business. She asked how I heard about the samples because she had been bombarded with inquiries. I told her and she was grateful for the info and of course sent my sample right out since I answered the phone and spoke with her. :)
 
I am bumping this because it is the BEST SERVICE EVER for freebie seekers. I use this number for all my freebie offers, since many companies will not ship unless they have a valid phone number.

This morning at 6:15am someone called my PrivatePhone number. They did not leave a message, but I looked up the caller's phone number, and it's a known number for Nigerian financial scams. Boy am I glad I was able to screen that one!

I have never received any phone calls from freebies, but I guess it is possible. I never even thought of using a phony name. Do most of you use a phony name? Gee, I am still learning more and more everyday regarding the freebie stuff. LOL This is a great post, I am checking it out now, considering I rarely give out MY phone number, but a number consisting of the same digits LOL I truly do feel sorry for the individual who has the number that I use!

Thanks for the bump. Really need a number like this. I screen calls with caller-ID, but my husband answers the phone everytime it rings.
