I had the same problem within Firefox. When I switched to Internet Explorer (*blah*), it worked OK.

I tried submitting the form while using firefox and all it did was refresh the page. I switched to I E and it submitted fine.
 
I just submitted my info. Seemed to be working well, but I was wondering if anyone every received anything?
