Me neither! And after they wrote me back on July 5, I thought for sure I would have received one.
 
It's been over three months, and I've written them several times about not receiving anything. Here is their most recent reply:
We would like to apologize for the long wait for the samples you
requested. We unfortunately received so many more requests than we had
anticipated and therefore ran out of packaging. The packaging has been
produced and we are in the process of sending all the back logged
sample requests out. There are around 45,000 requests being sent out so
please llow about two more weeks for your sample to arrive. Again we
apologize for the inconvenience.

They said it would be two weeks when I contacted them in June... and two weeks when I contacted them again in July. :mad:
