it's funny to hear your stories, cuz i used to love to shop VS, but i've found lately that the girls there are much *****ier than they used to be. they've always had a sort of hoity-toity air about them, but now they've gotten downright arrogant and rude. i mean, what sort of store treats potential customers like they treated ronshere and his wife? customer service has gone out the window obviously.
the last time i went in to the one here in fresno, the girls were so unhelpful-- i asked about a couple different items and rather than take me over and help me find my size, they pointed in the direction i needed to look and then turned back to what they were doing (talking on the phone, rearranging panties, etc)... if one of these girls did it, i wouldn't have been so shocked, but 3 different girls did that to me in the one store visit!
however, i have to say that the VS at embarcadero center in SF was totally the opposite. maybe it's cuz the girls who worked there looked like pretty versions of normal women, rather than anorexic wanna-be angels. they actually smiled, asked if i needed help, and even (omg, get this!) SPOKE TO MY CHILDREN!!
i think someone needs to let corporate know what's happening, cuz they may lose a lot of their clientele... but i guess as long as they have gorgeous models, guys will keep coming back to shop :confused: sheesh... men...

i have a couple of vses in my area 2 of them are very nice the personnel is nice and i love shopping there but the other one the ladys are so not nice. the cashier didn't even give me a bag (my friend got one at the other one and they gave her this cute bag)i asked for one and they said they didnt have any of that size! sounds rediculus right but she could of gave me a big bag. but thats not just it she was just prissy to begin with! the lady at the door didn't a) ask if i needed help (she did to these people who were next to me and they didnt need help) b)greet me i hate that. i was lucky they gave them to me :thumbs_do :eek:
 
I have had the same experiences with my 2 VS's. One of them is great and very helpful. The other is just arrogant and rude. Funny how this is kind of the norm...
