Free Bag ~ Purina Yesterday's News Cat Litter

Got mine yesterday. Don't have a cat so i'll either give it to the neighbor or give it to my Hubby to use as oil dry. (hey, it works!)
 
I checked out Petco yesterday and the 13.5 lb bag was $10.99!!! That is such an outrageous price! With the $6.99 off that makes the litter only $4, which is a good price for a really good litter... but since I don't know if it'll work in our self cleaning box that's still just a bit too much for a trial bag. Hopefully PetSmart is cheaper, I was hoping to get this for free so that if it doesn't work I can just donate it to a shelter.
 
I had a hard time finding that size, since both Petsmart and Petco around here only carried the larger sizes. I found it at Albertsons and they wanted $16 for it (!!!), then stopped over at Target, and it was $6.29, so I picked that up and the free Iams food. Litter for the kitties, food for the shelter dogs (or maybe only one dog, since that bag was so tiny!)

The Target and both Wal-Mart's in my town don't carry it. Neither does the grocery store I go to. I'll try checking at Albertson's though, thanks!
 
This was for any type of yesterday's news litter. So I am getting some more for my bunny. . .lets see how easy it will be to litter train
 
Got my coupon in the mail today! :) Great freebie -- will check out Target when I'm ready to pick it up. :) (also got a bunch of other samples in the mail today including a "Home made simple" coupon book, antacid sample, & the "read my lipstick" emily's list bumper sticker.) :lock:
