I didn't remember signing up so went through the whole registration thing , then got the msg that I had already signed up so they do have your addy. :)
 
Worked for me - I had never signed up so I set up my account and then requested the book. Using Internet Explorer...
 
If you log in and get a blank page ... goto profile and update your profile and password then it will work.. I did that and logged off and reclicked the link logged in and got it.

I can't get it to work, I signed in and got a msg my password is wrong. Redid that now no matter what browser I use , it won't submit. ARGHHH!!!! I got a pop up survey and I told them the site SUCKS!!!

I had to register, too. They asked for my home addy and if I had any kids, etc.

I did that and it FINALLY gave me the screen saying that I will receive my coupon book soon. Maybe everyone who got it without problems signed up at the time of the request, and all of us who were previously registered were required to update our profiles. So that seems to be the trick here. Thanks.

Did you register for the first time too?

Then you will get the coupon booklet for registering. That's why it is a duplicate request.






BTW: Hunt's Ketchup is not Ketchup. At least in this household. Heinz is the only one my husband will eat. The kids are starting to follow in his footsteps. Kills me to support Kerry's wife...

After I click submit I get a window that says OK then in a few seconds I get a window saying they are having problems with the site, try again, HUH?

Thanks for the post. The only problem I had, was once it told me I was already registered.........:doh: I didn't remember the password that I used. :teeth:
