Free $10 Tax Survey from Web Opinions--*Must Qualify*

I tried several combos (after deleting out my browsing history in between tries). Anyway, I just completed full survey. I entered that I used a professional tax service, H & R Block, & then when it asked if I recieved a prepaid Mastercard from H & R Block I answered *YES* and that allowed me to continue successfully with the questionnaire. Good luck all!
