I ordered my guitar yesterday morning along with some other stuff...

Harp Tuner

I got an order confirmation and immediately saw the guitar was going to ship a little later, but my tuner order had been doubled. I called to resolve the issue and talked to a very nice lady. Everything was fine.
Today I got a shipment notice and the tuner error had not been corrected. When I called up to solve the problem, they said their rep had not written it down, so I would have to pay for shipping back to them. I asked when they would expect my guitar to ship. After being put on hold, they came back and said that part of my order had been cancelled. No notice, nothing. What am I going to do with 3 tuners and 12 guitar picks, but no guitar???
Very poor company. :thumbs_do I cancelled my entire order. The rep was nice, but too bad she works for a very unprofessional company.
