Here’s how to become a member:
Step 1: Ask your parents! You must have a parent’s permission to sign up and become a member of the Special Agent 911 Kids Club. If you are aged 16 or under, please get your parent or guardian’s permission before you provide personal information to the Special Agent 911 Website.

Step 2: Fill out the membership enrollment form. You must be between the ages of 5-14:

It's for kids 5 to 14. Now if I'd just remember the number for 911, I'd report you. ;)
