Same think happened to me. CS gave it to me anyway (I think just to get rid of me). Moral...be persistent. The customer is always right! With all the fraudulant coupons out there, be proud to be holding a legit one!
 
I had no problems redeeming my coupon yesterday :). It just took a little while because the cashier had to ask the manager about it.
 
Cool! I got mine. I went in at around 9 pm with a friend and she got one too, no questions asked. The first Lowe's was all out (two other people were looking for them at the same time), but another Lowe's down the street had them.

Seems to be good quality. It sells for a little under $4. Still, I don't understand why people are signing up multiple times and/or using the BOGO deal to get extra screwdrivers. As cool as free stuff is, one screwdriver is plenty for me.
 
:claps: Thanks again, the email with the coupon came right after signing up. I got the last screwdriver that the store by me had.

One upstairs in the house and one in the garage. Or simply save one for when the kids manage to lose the pieces to the first one. :p LOL I have not chosen to try to cheat the system by ignoring the rules of one coupon per household. It's just not the same thing. I followed the rules.

They also had a "buy-one-get-one-free" deal on some Kobalt tools: another screwdriver (same design, but better materials), a hammer and a utility-blade pocket knife.

This also gave me an excuse to check out Lowe's power tools.
 
It seems like flash player is needed to get coupon. I can't get that on my computer. Is someone able to post a copy of the coupon directly?
 
do they need photo id verification for this? I was going to print this from my e-mail account and have someone get it for me, but i don't want them to get halted .

No you don't need photo id, just an email, and no it can't be posted anywhere, the coupons are barcode specific, meaning the coupon sent to you is yours and only yours, if someone posts it, it would be a duplicate coupon and possibly defraud the offer, which no one wants. You might want to go ahead and install flash if you want to hang out collecting coupons, LOL, there are some really cool sites out there and most of them require flash.

This should not be a problem.

Of course, the longer you don't have it installed, the better chance I have of filling my x-mas list.;)
 
These kinds of screwdrivers are great to have handy... I have a couple, I keep one in our tool box, one in the kitchen, and one in my car. With this free one my hubby will finally get to have one in his truck!
