well, I just called ftd.
I'm quite disappointed.
They told me that with the gc I still had to pay the shipping and handling fees.
Mind you, my total was not even $30.
I talked to the woman, and even a higher up person, and still the same.
Needless to say, I have a gc and am not going to use it.
If anyone would like it for sale or trade, let me know.
I have 2 of them, they cannot be stacked, but FTD will allow you to make 2 different orders.
Oh, and my item online was 29.99 and then when I called them they said it was 39.99
so I said, well its still showing as 29.99, the man told me he would give me the $10 discount, but could not pay with the gc since it was a discount.
Be careful ladies.

I won this, too. Was happy but was confused about having to call customer service, too. But, I ordered the $39.99 white & pink tulip bouquet. I had to only pay a little under $5 out of pocket...my total was $54.98 and the GC covered all of it but the $4.98. Great find!

wow sounds like the dude acted as if he was doing YOU a favor in changing it to THE RIGHT PRICE. I go into stores all of the time after checking a price online and finding it to be different instore and they almost ALWAYS charge me the web price WITH NO EXTRA HASSLES. Thats crazy of them to say that you MUST pay shipping and handling even if you have a giftcard, for all that matter, that defeats the purpose of having a giftcard in the first place. FTD is overpriced anyway, they should be glad anyone is wasting their time giving them business.

I placed my order of $55 which included the shipping/delivery fee and only had to pay the extra $5 Reading on other boards no one has had to pay the shipping/delivery fee and lots have placed orders under $50 with nothing out of pocket.
I am sorry you got such bad service I hope you get something great in the mail this week:)
 
Daesmommy, i had the same thing happen. I won, picked out some sale flowers, called and the guy acted like such a jerk. Said that i needed some 4 digit code with the original code and said that he never heard of them doing it online, then after explaining it, gave me totally different prices, as he put it, its because i didnt do an online order. I told him that because ftd wouldnt let me enter my code online and made me call in that its my fault. Anyway, i was so digusted that i just told him to forget it, being that 1800flowers and other online places had better deals anyway and i havent ever had trouble with them. So if anyone wants to trade or sale for it, its yours.

Try using a different browser. This used to happen to me alot. So, we use firefox when stuff won't work on ie.

but I didn't got any emails .I just recievied this card in my mail .was the code in the letter they sent with it ,because I threw that away.:(

I think I know what you are talking about. They were giving out $15 giftcards if you redeemed your points in december and january. On the back of the card should be the address to go to. I believe it is mypoints.com/ftdreward
or something like that, look on the back of the card. When you get to the site, the 15 is already taken off of everything on there.

I knew thats what you were talking about. The card is not useless, the 15 is already off of everything. Like flowers that were originally $29 are $14,etc.. Those are not SALE prices, those prices are the giftcard already applied for you.
