(Expired) Free 4 Sunsweet Snack Samples

I haven't received anything either. However I've learned (through other large companies) that they hire a fulfillment company. The samples/rebates depend on that company not the producing company. We have had plenty of problems with this and get results when we contact the main co. Maybe this will work here too
 
Spoke to them today and the person I spoke to (Allison) said she'd had a few phone calls about non-receipt and did know of this promotion. She took my name and address and said she'd request some samples for me. It all sounded a bit iffy, but there was no mention of any coupons. Just have to wait to see if anything comes.
 
I received 2 $1.00 off coupons the other day. Still waiting for my samples, lol.

Took me about a minute and I got a very quick answer. not sure what will happen but even one coupon is better than nothing

got my samples today!!!! There were 5 not 4 so maybe all you guys will get yours soon too
 
I received five samples today also! These were not mailed from any fulfillment house, but directly from Sunsweet and they were sent 1st class mail. I think they may be responding only to those who follow up with them. So, that's my heads up on this--if you want to eat, you've gotta work for it.
 
Wow! That's some good news! I had written these off completely! I even emailed them and got a short non-informative response, but didn't get any coupons or anything to show that they cared...So now maybe I'll get the original samples instead! That was all I wanted!

I finally received my 5 samples today! I had to contact them about it first, though.
 
I guess the E-mail did some good, because today I received Mediterranean Apricots (1 oz.), Pitted Prunes (0.9 oz.), Chocolate Plum Sweets (0.75 oz.), Cherry Essence Pitted Prunes (0.9 oz.), and Jumbo Red Raisins (2 oz.) with a 55¢ off coupon on the package.
