will begin shipping shortly. Requests for X-Small jerseys will be filled
in 6-8 weeks. Otherwise, you will shortly be receiving your jersey
unless:

1. Your email does not appear on the original list of submissions,
2. Your children's birthdates changed from the 1st to the 2nd
submission,
3. You asked for more jerseys on the second request than you did
on the first request, or
4. The birthdate you listed was in the future.

We provided jerseys to everyone that submitted identical information
on both requests. Thank you for responding. This free offer is now
closed and we apologize for any inconvenience you suffered.

I ordered one when it was first posted and it never came

I got an email about a month ago that said thier computer system had a glitch in it and somehow or another they lost most of the requests. They did however send me a new form to request the item again. :)
 
I never did get my jersey or even an offer of the jersey for my two-year-old when they sent me the form to "re-sign up." What I did get was a choice of a jersey for a baby (like size 0-6months) or a 20 dollar gift card. I selected the 20 dollar gift card and it came a couple of weeks ago.

I also signed up for the "newmomz" thing but doubt I will receive anything since the birthday I put down was March 15, 2006 (when I'll be having my baby). Who knew they wouldn't consider you a new mom if the birthday was in the future! LOL.

Wow, it took seven months but it finally came, youth jersey with Texas on the front and last name on the back. Thanks for the post.
 
I got mine yesterday! It had my son's name on the back of it. I sent for this 8 months ago and had totally forgotten about it!
