just deleted my cookies, refreshed like crazy and its still on the may 9th we have fulfilled our alottment page.
 
Yeah, this is ridiculous. Yesterday, after a few minutes, it showed the new date. Today, nothing. Somebody forgot to turn this on for today, me thinks. I'm giving up now. Hopefully, yesterday's entries will be valid.
 
still on may 9th. i refreshed, emptied cookies repeatedly for 20minutes. complete BS and a waste of my time :mmph:

I put a call into KFC.. they are having someone check to see what is going on with that part of the site & will call back...
I do know their site is still being hammered as well as their phone line.. we'll see.
 
I used the contact us and reported it..said they know they're having problems and someone will c/b when it's up..said should be up w/in the hr..recommend calling them under customer service in contact us
 
I clicked the "contact us" link on their site & explained the Mother's Day Contest is down. I hope they write back & say I can have a GC :) Maybe it'll work if others write them (?)
 
No they are just still dealing with the backlash of the Oprah deal... I don't think any site or site server is set up to deal with the amount of traffic this one has been getting for the past week...
 
I just spoke to them also--surprised someone was there on Sunday...but she said she would have to report this to the IT Dept. and that no one is there today. Don't know if that info is accurate, but she said she would type up a report and send it within 30 minutes. I guess I will also write a note on the "Contact Us" link if there's a form there.

OK--I did write them that I think they should re-engineer their marketing/promotions. What a freakin' mess.

i wonder if IT dept. can login from their home computer. where i work, the maintenance man can login from home & adjust the temp. Just an idea, I wonder if it'll be back up today.
