BAAAAAAHHHAAAAAAAAA I will freely give out my SS and dare anyone to try and get credit with it, I have over 30 grand in hospital bills, the closest I have ever gotten to credit was a $100 credit line with sears, and that was like 15 years ago!

That's ok, I don't feel comfortable doing it Besides I am not a smoker and I never got to the design part. If it's smoking related I wouldn't want it. Thanks for the post anyway.
 
I don't smoke but I always sign up. Cigarette companies give away nice things!

Thanks for the post. When I went back and tried to order one for my husband, it said "You have already participated in this promotion." Anyone else have this problem? I would like to order another one.
