I've signed up for probably four or five Eucerin offers, and I don't think I ever got anything from them. I actually just purchased their cleanser the other day (good deal at CVS w/card and coupon). I have a friend in Vegas where it's very dry, and Eucerin is her preferred brand. But I strongly agree that if they offer a sample, they should deliver it, or at least e-mail to say it will not be coming. Maybe some of these pages have been around a long time and no one bothers to take them down?

I use Eucerin a lot. I signed up for several of the samples and have never received them either. Has anyone received this?
 
i just signed up again. I have received products from them before. Just not the foot repair creme.
 
Thanks Hippie for the post. I do agree with Ellie about not sending samples. If they chose not to send a sample after offering one, I chose not to spend my hard earned money on their products.
 
I got another sample today. Eucerin is great stuff. :bigok:
