Damn, I wish someone post these code early, i ordered 5 more, and try to cancel the preious orders. I called, but the office hour is M-F. And can't find anywhere we can cancel the order! Damn!
 
No you can't cancel an order once it is placed - you can return the merchandize but then you have to pay S&H yourself - well - with s&h, it is still a good deal - so just live with it - it will cost more to send the stuff back

Did you cancel the order through the sites, or we have to call the customer service in normal hours instead.

Cancelling web orders is very risky - I am not sure about this site but some can cancel the orders but your credit card still gets charged - Being in the computer industry myself, the way it works is that your card is charged at the time of the transaction. Then by calling the company can cancel the shipment but then you have to deal with the credit on your account - For me, 3.99 is not worth all the hassle.
 
Takes 48 hours for your email confirmation. I don't think anyone got one of those yet. We see.
 
what happened to the website? not updated in last 2 days - still shows friday's stuff?

I called customer service about this and they kept me on hold for about 15 min I finally talk to someone that wasn't really nice. I hope my order didn't go through, I don't want to deal with these people..:mad:

yea, i gotta admit, their CS is really bad. i talked to a lady about canceling my order. she's like wat's ur order and i was like would you like the confirmation number, she's like NO! damn, kinda scary. at the end, she just hang up on me, just like bye...the hell...
 
i got the confirmation. mine is backordered till feb 14th. damn!!
 
You can fit 4 songs on that card, but maybe it takes bigger cards?

I got two quilts in a bag along with this player & shipping was the same, no extra shipping for the bed stuff & no tax & a 15%off coupon worked & came in the confrimation email.
 
I got the confirmation saying that the items will not ship.

What a bust! :(

I kind of knew it thought...
