I also ordered on the Jan 14th. Deliver didn't come on the 15th and I called and they said something about short shipped and they said 16th. But didn't come either so I called them again. CSR check stock and just told me to pick up at store. So she change my order to pickup. Picking it up tommorrow.

Check to see if they are in stock at your local store. Good luck.
 
Ordered and received the Canon i320 and everything was right with the order, the driver installed correctly, but the printer would not take paper. Took back to Office Depot, they tried both the one they had on display and the one I brought back and neither would work - then got one out of the box, saw it looked different in the paper try and it started to work, first page jammed and it wouldnt work again and the paper try looked like the one I brought back - they could never figure out how to get the paper to feed so I got my money back
 
Hey Omaha! Got mine at the OD on Center St., it worked great out of the box 2 months ago and hasn't hiccuped since. Maybe there was a bad production run. I do notice that the paper in my hopper sits a little crooked, but it straightens up when it feeds.
 
Thats where I got mine - The employees there were quite helpful and checked not only the one I had but their display and when neither worked got another out of the box and it wouldnt work either - they then were ready to give up and so was I. The whole problem was the plastic back where the paper is supposed to feed it moves back and forth to grab the paper to go thru and none of them would move forward to catch the paper.
 
Either my eyes are blurry or the rebate is blurry..
Does anyone know where i ship the rebate to? i got

Your rebate info is correct except for zip code - it should be 85267- you need the rebate coupon, UPC from box and sales receipt. I had a good clear copy of the rebate form even if I didnt get to use it.

that's "Scottsdale, AZ 85267" , but I guess it don't really matter.
