I was just nominated by the National Science Foundation for the "Who's Who Award For Professional Women In The Field of Science and Medicine." :blushing: This for a woman who can't find her own socks in the morning. :blushing:

I learned to pee standing up and not wetting my own socks by age five! A skill that has served me well as a woman around men in my field and out in the field! :lol:

I have a passion for weaponry and Civil War Reenacting...of course on the winning side...THE SOUTH!!! :clap::)

Betcha didn't know that I bought Jeb Stuart two new car toys today! And my idea of fasting for Lent was only eating half of the cheese pizza today, instead of the whole one! Oh and, I just ate ice cream!! Am I a Saint yet????!!?!:teeth::lol:

1. The one t.v. show that I like to see every week is Desperate Housewives
2. I enjoy the hug game, but have never been hugged by one of the players.

I am soooooooooo looking forward to the arrival of Spring..

Grandbabies 4 AND 5 are on the way (August and Septmeber, respectively...)

That I am still looking for a job :(

OH and PS: I'm highly allergic to pain AND needles - but if I weren't, I'd trust my sanity to Rainstorms

1) I'm Chinese... okay that was lame but yeahh no one knew that
2) I am a sucker for romantic movies and whenever a sad part comes up in either a comedy I have an urge to cry a little.
3) When I am really mad I tend to want to cry and I never knew why.

Hey, Spoofee - I really can relate to that - I am sooo pissed that I can only cry when I am mad, if that sounds right... It's like I seem weak - when I am only getting started (at least verbally)! ...
