I do want a response. I mean, it's the polite& courteous thing to do when someone has made the effort to contact you; especially if you're a business. I don't want to come across as whiny or angry since the only prize I am waiting on is the Pureology from 2/5/09 and since July isn't over yet; I'll give them their few days. Although if it doesn't come I'll be contacting Pureology and allure...again.

What prizes someone may or may not be missing isn't the point though. I want to feel like someone listened, heard what we were saying and ensures the fiasco of 7/21 doesn't happen again.
I'm not saying it wouldn't be nice to get some little "extras" thrown my way because of their mistake.:wink: There were only 3 items I was going to try for, but the point is they didn't make sure everything was working properly.
