I will have you know that "Racoon Parcel Service" is a very good company. I think its only because of the slogan that we are not doing to well.

now that this is off topic, i'll throw in my two cents (or more ;))

glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM are very good to take. they definitely help lubricate the joints. however, the best form to take these is liquid, so you might look into that (it tastes awful, but it does work)

upping your protein and working the surrounding muscles is also good. tigger was right- squats are good, leg lifts are also good (ankle weights add resistance and are good when you're ready for it)

honestly, the best thing to do is to lose that 20 lbs aerobically. i'm not telling you to go run marathons, but whatever aerobics you can deal with (running is just the obvious one, but jumping rope, stationary bike, elliptical, whatever you can handle) is going to make the most difference.
Being only 10 pounds overweight increases the force on the knee by 30-60 pounds with each step.

No one has ever appreciated the value of my package as "RPS" has. From the time they picked it up to the time i had to pay for the service, it was amazing.

I have paid alot of places to deal with my package but "RPS" was the first to accept my package.

All my life no one has ever touched my package. I have always had to use my own hands and lug it around. But the people/coons at
"RPS" didnt care about how stinky or mutated it was. They just provided me with the best cheap service

well, like i said, i'm not saying you need to run, but just getting rid of any extra weight will help. i'm not saying you're fat either... obviously, you're not! but that's the best way to save your knees ;)

i miss drinking w/ you btw ;)

Aren't you due to get married again Clubby? I think I can hook you up w/ Bruce Willis. Him and I are old friends. ;)
