Received the rebate credit cards for 7 out of 10 paint products I bought during the rebate period.
Went to
www.homedepotrebates.com [homedepotrebates.com] to check on the missing 3.
Options to track are by name or by tracking number.
Checked my old emails. Don't think they emailed tracking numbers to me after online submission. So I tracked with my name & address. .
I had sales receipts from three separate purchases so I submitted three rebates ($60 / $30 / $10).
Online, one of the submissions showed the following information -
"There were no qualified products eligible for a rebate based upon the sales receipt information provided. Promotion Name: Labor Day Offer 2018"
Tried calling the number on the rebate form for help.
No option to speak with a representative or an option for missing rebate.
Went back to the
www.homedepotrebates.com [homedepotrebates.com] site and started a chat session with a rep.
He found the "missing" paint product on one of my rebate submission sales receipt, made the correction, and asked if there was anything else.
Yes... I was still missing $20 worth of rebates.
Inquired on those and he also found those in one of the other sales receipts.
He made that correction also and all is well.
Should be receiving the $30 on a in rebate card soon.
Checking my receipts show's I purchased 3 gallons of the Behr All-In-One Wood Cleaner.
Two on on one receipt and one on another.
My guess is they "missing" or not sending rebate's out for this product.
Check your rebate totals.
