I could see committing to a $150 Amazon gift card if you got a free large bear maybe but it looks like it's just a standard small teddy bear.
 
The text of this deal indicates a free bear for a $100 gift card but should indicate the purchase of a $150 gift card

Also when this was first listed they had giftcards ranging from 100 to 500. The 100 and 150 have been sold pout, so now the lowest is 200. Once that one sells out it will move to the 250, etc.
