T-Mobile prepaid is the best deal for the lowest cost options.

an Android alternative is the LG Optimus F3. 4 inch screen , dual core 1.2 Ghz snapdragon S4, Huge battery. You can get it new for $100 for MetroPCS , unlock it and use it on Tmo.

Windows Phone is awful. You are much better off to go with Android or iPhone. There are plenty of prepaid Android options out there for around the same price. The hardware on this phone is fine, but the software will have you pulling your hair out ... don't bother.

(obviously this is just my opinion, I am sure there are some who like windows phone - but I'm just saying buyer beware as I think many will end up wishing they had either Android or iOS).
