It is NOT a 4ghz chip. It is'up to' meaning turbo core which is only one out of 4 cores at a time and that isn't all the time but rather heat depending. Still not a horrible price. Just stop the bs advertising on their part
 
It says up to 4GHz, how it is BS advertising if they're actually stating it?
